We had an absolutely wonderful experience. So many attendees gave us rave reviews at the event and following in post event surveys. The staff at the MGM hotel and conference center was exceptional. They were incredibly helpful and available whenever we needed anything or had even the most obscure question/request. We had to make a last minute adjustment to our schedule flipping individual hybrid sessions into a large group session. The AV team jumped on it and had everything ready to go in record time helping us tremendously with the perception of our vendor on the other end. The MGM offers an enhanced cleaning protocol and mask requirement for all guests regardless of vaccination status. It kept the stress off of us having to enforce a policy individually that isn't always well received. In addition, we spaced out our booths and stationed cleaning supplies at each. We also tested all of our employees before and after attending the event with 0 positive cases.
